dc.description.abstractThis study seeks to investigate the cause and effects of negative ethnicity that is prevalent in various public institutions in Limuru constituency and other parts of this country. The study will focus on conflict transformation against negative ethnicity: Women leadership involvement in Limuru constituency. Chapter one of this study will present the problem statement, purpose statement, objectives, research questions, significance of the study, limitation and delimitation of the study, operational definitions, methodology, assumptions and chapter summary. Chapter two will focus on literature review and conceptual framework. Chapter three will focus on the methodology to be used in this study. Chapter four will provide the data/research findings and analysis. Finally chapter five will provide the summary, recommendations and conclusions from the research.
